Vence Golf – Shipping & Returns FAQ
When will I receive my Vence Golf pre-order or order?
During our launch phase, many Vence Golf products — including our golf bags and trolleys — will be offered as pre-orders. Estimated dispatch dates will be displayed at checkout and included in your order confirmation.
Once your product is in stock, we aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days.
Additional notes:
- Orders placed after 11:59 AM CST ship the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or most federal or religious holidays.
- Carrier delays or seasonal demand may extend delivery times.
We fulfill orders from both our United States and European warehouses and ship from the closest location whenever possible.
Does Vence Golf ship internationally?
Yes — we ship globally wherever reliable delivery services are available.
For international shipments:
- Shipping prices are agreed separately and vary by destination and product size/weight.
- Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times vary by country and are estimates only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within the US and EU will be shown at checkout.
For international destinations outside our standard zones:
- Shipping costs are not fixed and will be quoted individually.
- Larger items, such as golf bags and trolleys, may incur higher freight costs.
From time to time, we offer Free Shipping promotions within select regions (e.g., Continental US or EU). These offers do not apply to international shipments unless specifically stated.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and which warehouse ships your order.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Europe
- Standard EU Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express EU Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Non-EU Europe: 4–10 business days (customs may apply)
International
- Typically 5–20+ business days, depending on destination and customs
- Customs processing may extend delivery times
- All estimates are based on business days only
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to our Returns Policy.
Important return information:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers must cover the cost of any return labels.
- For international returns, all freight charges, customs fees, and duties must be paid by the customer.
